Jesse James wins Battle over visitation.

Jesse James the Star of Monsters Garage has won the battle over visitation rights. Janine Lindemulder Jesse's exwife has been denied regular overnight visitation of the couples five year old daughter Sunny. Although the Orange County Court did concede that Lindemulder would be able to have her daughter for Christmas eve providing that she returns the child no latter than noon on Christmas day according to reports by the LA Times.
