Ballon Boys Parents Receive Bill.

Richard and Mayuimi Heene received a $42,000 bill from the Larimer County DA office. Larimer county is demanding that the pair pay restitution to all the agencys involved in looking for their son Falcon. The police, national guard and federal aviation administration were all involved in the search effort in what turned out to be a hoax.
