Brittany Murphy Autopsy Complete.

The Autopsy of actress Brittany Murphy has been completed by the LA Coroners office. There have been no reports of any foul play and no signs of trauma to her body. The cause of death has been defered pending results of toxicology tests which could take four to six weeks.
