Burky has been accused of stalking Garner since 2002 after repeatedly following the actress around the country and sending her numerous packages and letters. Things have taken an alarming turn over the past year as Burkly has shown up at the actresses private residence and has expressed that he has had visions from God of Garner being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death.
