Kim Kardashian Granted A Restraining Order.
Kim Kardahian best known for her role on the E reality series Keeping Up With The Kardashians was granted a restraining order. The reality stars lawyer obtained the order Tuesday against 26 yr old Dennis Shaun Bowman. Bowman has allegedly showed up at numerous appearances in face paint similar to the Joker from Batman where the star was in attendance. Kardashian decided to file the restraining order after several cease and desist requests were sent to her stalker. In the court papers she states "I am extremely frightened by Mr. Bowman because he appears to be obsessed with me and is extremely delusional."

Prosecutor Wants Polanski Back In The States.
The Los Angeles DAs office has filed papers opposing Roman Polanski's Request to be sentenced in Absentia. Polanski was convicted of child rape back in the 70's but never had to face the music before because he fled the country on the eve of his sentencing hearing. The Associated Press is reporting that the DA said on Friday that Polanski is a convicted child rapist who should not get to dictate how the case goes.

Nic Cage is in deep shit with the IRS. That's the report on the popular gossip site TMZ. The Actor reportedly got another bill from the tax agency to the tune of 14 million bucks. The bill stems from unpaid taxes from 2002, 2003,2004 and 2007. Cage gave the following statement to TMZ "Over the course of my career I have paid at least $70 million in taxes. Unfortunately, due to a recent legal situation, another approximate $14 million is owed to the IRS, however, I am under new business management and am happy to say that I am current for 2009. Singing Sensation Lady GaGa was forced to cancel her show at Purdue University in Indianna last night. The Poker Face Singer was diagnosed with exhaustion and dehydration. Medics advised the Singer it would not be safe for her to take to the stage when she came down with symptoms of dizziness and difficulty breathing. Lady G later posted this on her Twitter page
