Simon's Billion Dollar Deal.
Simon Cowell best known as the nasty judge on American Idol has signed a deal with Sony that is expected to net him 500 mil a year for the next two years. The deal includes sales of Xfactor and Britains Got Talent as well as well as jointly controlling the rights to such acts as Leona Lewis and Susan Boyle. In response to the deal Simon had this to say “I have had a fantastic relationship with Sony for many years and I’m delighted we are launching this venture together.”

Simon Wants Posh.
According to reports in the British tabloid The Mirror Simon Cowell has been in talks with Victoria Beckham to be a judge on his new show X Factor. Although the American critics were less than kind to Beckham when she did her guest stint on American Idol saying things like she just to crazy looking for the close up. Although Posh was incredibly flattered by the offer she told Cowell that she needs time to think about it.

Simon Says Bye To Idol.
Simon Cowell confirmed that he will not renew his contract with American Idol which expires this year. Cowell has reportedly sealed a $200,0000 deal to bring the British smash hit XFactor to the states. So the question remains can Idol survive without Simon?

Will Idol Survive without Simon?
According to reports Simon Cowell is leaving American Idol. Cowells contract with Idol is set to expire at the end of 2010. His brother Tony Cowell revealed on his podcast that Simon is going to pursue bringing the hit U.K show Xfactor to the U.S. So the real question is can Idol survive without Simon?
