Jon Gosselin Ordered To Pay Child Support.

According to reports online Jon Gosselin has been ordered to pay child support to Kate Gosselin. the terms of the famous reality couples divorce have been finalized and Kate will walk away with the majority of the cash and the house which she will get to reside at with the couples eight kids. This could pose a serious problem for Jon as he is suffering financial difficulties due to a legal battle with the TLC network. He has been ordered not to endorse any products or make any media appearances pending the outcome of an April Trial for being in violation of his contract with the network. In a statement issued by Kate Gosselins attorneys she had this say
“I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized, and I look forward to the New Year, focusing on the children,  On behalf of myself and my legal team, I want to express my deep appreciation to the Judge and his staff, as well as to the arbitrator, for resolving this case. This has been a challenging transition for all of us, but I am confident that we will move ahead with the important task of restructuring our lives.”

According to reports reality stars Jon and Kate Gosselin final divorce decree will happen in 2010. The couple seperated after ten years of marriage and eight kids. The reality series Jon and Kate plus eight was cancelled this fall after a nasty ongoing court battle between Jon Gosselin and the TLC network.

Michelle Duggar Gives Birth To 19th Child.

Michelle Duggar of the show 18 kids and counting has given birth to her 19th child. The 1lb 6oz baby girl was born Thursday after doctors had to perform an emergency C-section. Mrs. Duggar was not due until March 18th. They have named the baby Josie Brooklynn. Representatives for the network T.L.C who film the reality show say the little girl is in stable condition at this time.

Jon Gosselin Prohibited From Making Media Appearances.

Today a Maryland judge ruled that Jon Gosselin is no longer allowed to make media appearances or endorsements pending the outcome of a trial set to start April 19th. The TLC network is suing Gosselin for being in breach of his contract. Gosselin has filed a counter suit against the Network for being in violation of Pennsylvania child labour laws.
