Leanne Rimes Getting Divorced.

According to reports Deane Sheremet the husband of Leanne Rimes has filed for divorce. Sheremet filed the papers on Friday at the Los Angeles District Courthouse. Rimes and Sheremet have been married since February of 2002. The couple separated this year after speculation that Rimes was having an affair with married  co star Eddie Cibrian. Mr. Sheremet is seeking spousal support from Rimes as well as any attorney fees.

Eddie Cibrian Files for Joint Custody.

Court documents have been obtained by the popular entertainment show ET. Actor Eddie Cibrian is seeking joint custody of his two sons Mason 6 and Jake 2. The actor alledges that his ex wife Brandi Glanville is refusing to set a schedule for visitation. He claims that Glanville is to full of emotional rage to be objective about what is best for the children. He also alledges that his ex wife is very bitter over the end of their marriage. Cibrian filed for divorce last August after reports started to surface about an alledged affair with Singer Leanne Rimes.
