Comedian Russell Brand proposed to I Kissed A Girl Singer Katy Perry while the pair were on vacation in India over Christmas vacation. The couple have been dating since September of 2009. Brand was spotted checking out rings at Cartier in London three weeks ago. The stunning ring is said to be a square cut diamond inside of a platinum band.
