Charges Dropped Against Gerard Butler.

300 star Gerard Butler had charges dismissed against him for misdemeanor battery. According to reports the Scottish born actor got into a tussle with paparazzi after his driver was forced to stopped when his stalkers ran two red lights in hot pursuit and just about hit pedestrians. Butler could have faced up to six months in jail if he had been convicted of the battery charge.
