According to reports reality star Jon Gosselin is trying to make a deal with TLC.The TLC network is suing Gosselin over breach of contract after octodad made several public appearances not approved by the network.Gosselin fired back with a cease and desist order for the show Jon & Kate plus eight to stop filming apparently because it was detrimental to his kids. Guess he's had a change of heart because he has agreed to let the network resume filming if they drop the lawsuit
