Spencer Pratt Starts Music Company.

Spencer Pratt best known for his role on the reality series The Hills is now the owner of his own music company. According to documents obtained by the popular celebrity gossip site TMZ Pratt became the proud owner of King Spencer Music after filing a fee of $23 on November 18th 2009.
